What makes Glastonbury so magical?

*clue it’s not Eavis-related!

Glastonbury isn’t just about a certain festival on the Eavis’ farm. (Although it is a bloody good one to be fair!) It’s an ancient town that has links to mythology and spirituality throughout over a 1000 year history. People travel from all over the World to visit and see if they can feel why so many spiritual people have been drawn there.

Glastonbury has links to King Arthur’s final resting place, the Holy Grail, and Wiccan and Pagan mythology – let’s just say the festival isn’t the only reason this place is super special!

The Glastonbury Chalice Well too is interlinked with this mythology and is linked to the divine feminine and wells themselves are considered gateways to the spirit world.

For all of this history and links to spirituality, specifically female divinity, is why I cleanse all of my crystals (except you Selenite – I hear you) with water from the magical well springs. You can bathe, cleanse, drink from the divine springs around the spiritual garden at any time of year.

All seem a bit OTT? Well the reason we connect to crystals so much is because they act as an energy filter, they’re the empaths of the stone world. In order for them to work for you, all the other energy they’ve picked up in their 1000s of years of existence needs to be cleansed away first.

With every one of your beautiful orders, I cleanse and release anything attached to the crystals before ensuring they are safely packaged and sent to you ready to be connected and programmed to you.

Next time you’re near, do spend some time at the well and connect to you the very special magic that surrounds it and the town. Even my daughter feels so safe at The Chalice Well she always wants to lie and down and relax – you know how odd that is for a young child!
