5 self love tips for the new lunar year – how to survive Aquarius season

This season is seeing some huge cosmic drama babe so you’re going to need to buckle up!

From the structure and order of Capricorn, we now land in the open-minded and vast airwaves of Aquarius. This first Sun Season of 2021 brings us inspiration, illumination, and a glimpse of the future. With six celestial bodies in Aquarius – the Moon, the Sun, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury Retrograde, this season is a time to dig passed the layers of societal conditioning placed upon you and feel your most authentic truth, then have the courage to live it.

This coming together of the planets all in one sign is super rare and creates a highly concentrated energy, activating the Aquarius energy within each of us.

Aquarius is really going to ask you to look at things differently and push boundaries for yourself and for those around you. Here’s my top tips for loving yourself and surviving this new lunar cycle while the energy throws some fun things up in your path!

Tips for surviving the new lunar cycle

1 – Remember to say no.

Sometimes we agree with people just to be polite or we say “I’m going to agree with this person just to get rid of them.” The problem is that each time we do that we are practicing going along with people and not trusting ourselves. Don’t dim your light babe.

2 – Challenge authority

Look for the hidden agenda. What is really being said? What is not being said? To whom, by whom, and why is it being said? Practice with commercials and political speeches. ASK QUESTIONS. Challenge claims of authority.

3 – Sleep on it

Recognise pressure to decide quickly. Try not to act under stress. If someone wants you to “buy now,” you can say you’d like to think about it. They’ll always be willing to sell! Don’t feel like you have to jump on it quickly – when thoughts come up – think on them. Give yourself time.

4 – Retain your self esteem

Don’t be afraid to be different from those around you. Catch every unneeded “I’m sorry” as it directly undermines your words. There is no need to be sorry for speaking your truth from a place of love.

5 – Ask for support

I know you’ll find this one the hardest babe BUT ask for the help! It’s not always easy to speak your truth, especially if you’re trying to incite change. Ask the closest people to you to listen to you what you need. Share your true self. As you open up to trusted sources, it’ll be easier to speak your truth to others.

I spoke about the cosmic energy and new lunar cycle in my private facebook group where we hold regular moon workshops to help you learn how you can harness the energy of lunar cycle. If you join now, it’s free and you can catch the last workshop to learn more.
